• PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SIZE PRIOR BEFORE PICKING UP , ALL SALES ARE FINAL W/ NO EXCHANGES. No refunds will be issued.

• Delivery fee required prior before appointment to ensure delivery of time and date.
Can be sent via Apple Pay or Zelle ONLY!

• Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling system or by sending us a message for last minute appointments. We recommend booking at least 1 hour in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

• Late arrival:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

• Cancellation/rescheduling:
We require at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time of notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• No-show:
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the delivery fee with no refund. And/Or will be blocked and banned from future orders & appointments.

• Additional Options: Snacks and ice cream can be purchased for an additional $50 per 15 guests.
